Who we are
Weird Noises is an independent company, based in Brooklyn, New York, that writes and originates its own work for theatre, film, and television. Weird Noises Media Group LLC operates this site, including Shop Weird, our store.
The store
Shop Weird sells physical goods and digital downloads. We ship physical orders within the United States, to the address you give at checkout.
Digital downloads are ready the moment your purchase completes: the links come in your order confirmation email, and if you have an account they’re also waiting under Downloads in My Account.
Memberships and subscriptions
Some products are memberships or subscriptions that bill on a recurring schedule — for example, monthly. Your payment method is charged automatically at each interval unless you turn off auto-renewal.
You can cancel anytime from My Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
If you turn off auto-renewal instead of cancelling, we don’t charge your payment method automatically — we send you an invoice at renewal time, and your subscription continues once you pay it. If the invoice goes unpaid we’ll remind you, and after three weeks the subscription lapses.
Refunds
Physical goods: contact us within 30 days of delivery if something’s wrong. Items must be unused and undamaged.
Digital downloads and membership periods: once a digital file has been delivered, or a membership period has elapsed, it isn’t refundable.
Accounts
Keep the information on your account accurate, and keep your login private — you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Our content
The writing, video, images, and other work on this site are ours. You’re welcome to read it, watch it, and share links to it — but don’t republish, redistribute, or otherwise use it commercially without asking us first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and store evolve. The date at the bottom shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
